Quality checking is incorporated right from the stage of the purchase of raw materials through manufacturing and until the dispatch of the finished products.  Our quality inspection tests are conducted at various levels by our trained quality personnel, who ensure that our products are defect free and are manufactured in accordance with the set procedures and methods.

The raw materials are sourced from reliable agents and they are made to undergo an array of tests like ultrasonic tests, D.P. tests, radiography or M.P.I tests. The finished materials undergo tests as needed. Materials like castings and forges are sourced from the best agents. Third party inspection is also undertaken as per customer requirements.

Our Processes

A well equipped machine shop, housing a complete range of machines and equipments is used in our operations. Our processes are conducted according to well defined procedures and methods. We collect the spares samples from our clients and assess the engineering parameters and other factors.

Our engineers visit the clients' site to get a through understanding of the functioning and exact specifications of the products. Detailed drawings are prepared with the help of specialized experts and tailored to fit the machines and purposes. The drawings are the basis for the manufacture of our products.
